Dr Foster is excellent and knows just the right lens to use as well as other great options for Cataract removal and replacement. He has a great bedside manner and is very efficient and very kind. Many people I know have had cataracts removal by Dr Foster, so he came highly recommended to me. Jason is great at testing eyes, and is so encouraging. And the other office staff is excellent at their jobs as well. Everything is so smoothly streamlined, and on time.

Dr Foster is an excellent doctor, and I’ve always been treated well at Davies. However, I think it’s unreasonable to charge $47 to simply write a new prescription for glasses. Especially after I’ve paid a considerable amount of money for a complete examination. All they have to do is write the prescription. It would make sense if that’s all I was coming in for was the prescription, but that’s not the case. It was an annual exam. It sounds like a “resort fee” to me. In regards to the above, Sherry phoned me and said they frequently waive the prescription fee, but the front desk was not aware of that. She emailed the prescription to me at no charge, and I appreciate the speedy response and resolution. It’s back to 5 stars!

I was referred to Davies Eye Center, and Dr. Foster by my optometrist. The cataracts were gradually getting worse and worse to the point where she could not correct my vision anymore. I was so terrified to get this surgery done, but the whole team at Davies Eye Center was absolutely wonderful. The surgical counselors Michelle and Sherry assured me that was very easy procedure and then I wouldn’t even remember once it was done. They were so encouraging and supportive! There is always someone to answer your questions, and are there for you in an emergency, 24/7. I spoke with Jason a few times after hours, who was just awesome, and addressed my concerns. Everyone at the office is top-notch! And of course, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Foster! Wonderful man, and wow, what a skilled surgeon! Turned out, my vision was way way worse than I even realized until after it was done! The best way to put it is that I went from seeing the world through an old color television set with bad reception, to the best sharpest 4K flatscreen TV! I highly recommend Dr. Foster at Davies Eye Center!

I highly recommend Davies Eye Center. Dr. Foster and his team expertly guided me through the cataract surgery process and follow-up care. Now, I don't need glasses at all! We decided on the Light Adjustable Lenses, or LAL, for my cataract lenses. These can be adjusted after surgery to get the best results. They've exceeded all my expectations. One eye is for reading to mid-distance. The other is for mid-distance to infinity. So, no glasses. Amazingly, I even passed the DMV vision test with my near vision eye. Finally, my stereo vision is not affected for near or far. A definite 5 stars.
